Testimonials

See what people are saying about the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc.

Mr. Busby,

I wanted to thank you for sponsoring me for the Women’s Business Enterprise Program at Tuck.

I cannot stress enough the difference that Tuck has made on my business.  The fact that your organization realizes the importance of high level professional development for businesses like mine is visionary.

The fact is one week of training provides the initial excitement, motivation and opportunity for impactful development.  However, the continuation of high level trainings like Tuck’s Business Enterprise Program helps business owners realize the advances and support needed in the development of their businesses.  Additionally, these trainings assist with the development of business leaders for a global market which can have transformational impact on our local communities and the nation.

With the U.S. Black Chamber sponsoring businesses like mine, you have enlightened us to see the world, and in particular our role in the world , much differently.  Last week I saw fifty (50) enterprising women business leaders leave with a new charge to change the landscape and make a difference in each of our communities by bringing about change, and sharing of information.

Mr. Busby, thank you for your leadership, your vision, and your commitment to the prosperity of our nation through the development of our business community and their leaders.

Dear Mr. Busby Sr.:

Just a note to thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to induct the New York African-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (NYAACC) as a member of U.S. Black Chamber, Inc. I am one of Treasurers and was honored to have you also officiate the induction ceremony of our Officers and Board Members. That was an unforgettable moment.

Your speech was very inspirational and by sharing your business and personal successes and challenges, many of our members realize that the road to a well run and profitable company/firm may have a few turns and temporary setbacks. We are not alone.

You sir are one of our heroes. Mark shared that you volunteered your time to attend our 2/1/2013 Pre-Launch in NYC and waived your fee, thank you!

I look forward to our NYAACC workshops, seminars and special events. We have much to do and learn and with guidance from Mark, fellow Officers, Board Members and you, President of the U.S. Black Chamber, Inc.  NYAACC will a successful Black Chamber of Commerce.

We are joined by our Father! Have a safe weekend.

Dear Ron,

Thank you so much for your participation of the Small Business Solution Series held this past Thursday, March 28, 2013, in Charlotte, NC!

The feedback from participants has been overwhelming and we, the officers and members of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Black Chamber of Commerce (CMBCC), owe you a debt of gratitude for your energy, support, and expertise. Moreover, we look forward to future opportunities to work with you and USBC.

As a result of your involvement, many small business owners have learned more about the importance of supporting their local chambers; understand more about how to approach teaming to build scale; recognize the need for a strategic approach to the various sources of capital; are more informed about federal, state, and corporate contracting and sub-contracting requirements as a way to grow their businesses; and they have a deeper awareness of the diverse methods of integrating technology to meet the  needs of their organizations.

As a chamber, this event has also given us new, prospective members and volunteers who see the value our chamber and  strategic partners bring to them and the Charlotte community. There is much work to be done and the Small Business Solutions Series has been invaluable tool to meeting the needs of area businesses.

Those who wish to support our chamber through membership, please access the link below to locate the paper application or you register online to become a member of the CMBCC!

Join CMBCC today!

We hope to see you at future CMBCC hosted and sponsored events!

Sincerely,
